  2. You will have access to the best available medical care admissible under your health insurance plan
  3. You will have round-the-clock telephone access to our emergency assistance service worldwide, in the event of a medical emergency.
  4. You will have prompt access to your Client Manager during business hours.
  5. Your claims will be acknowledged upon receipt, and settled within 10 working days of receipt of all required documentation
  6. You will have access to an ARCIS senior executive if you are not satisfied for any reason.
  7. Your personal information will be kept confidential in accordance with applicable personal information security laws.
